What We Provide

Care

Adult day care for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease or any type of dementia; 5 days a week, Mon-Fri 9:30am to 3pm.

In Good Hands

Support

We provide a support group for caregivers who are providing care to someone who is diagnosed with dementia.
 

ALBANY
Albany Support group meets on the first Wednesday of each month, at Noon, at the Alzheimer's Outreach Center.  229 N. Jackson St.

Education

Promote dementia-friendly communities by educating individuals, groups, civic clubs, churches, and businesses on how best to support and include those with dementia.
